The summer sun has finally arrived in Australia and it is now acceptable to crack out the gelato at all hours of the day.

Gelatissimo has introduced two new incredible flavours to celebrate the beginning of a stinking hot summer.

Those wanting a tough of elegance with their ice cream can choose the Frosè with Chandon, a refreshing light pink sorbet made with Chandon Sparkling Brut Rosè and sweet Aussie strawberries.

And those with a taste for more savoury flavours will love the Sea Salt Butterscotch with Speedo, a smooth Tiffany blue gelato pairing Eyre Peninsula Australian Sea Salt with hints of creamy butterscotch.

The limited edition flavours are now available at Gelatissimo stores around the country.
