Ingredients

485g packet milk chocolate chunk cookie mix

18 double stuff Oreo cookies

500g packet frosted chocolate brownie mix

ingredients as listed to prepare mixes

Method

Preheat oven to 180C (160C fan forced). Lightly grease and line the base of a 20cm square deep cake pan with baking paper.

Prepare cookie mix according to packet directions adding the butter and egg as directed. Press mixture into the base of the prepared pan. Arrange Oreo cookies over the top.

Prepare brownie recipe according to packet directions adding the butter and eggs as directed. Pour mixture over the Oreos.

Bake in the oven for 30 min. Allow to cool completely before spreading over frosting from brownie packet. Serve warm with ice cream if desired.
