Ginger & Lime Sparkling Cocktail

With a bit of a zing and the softness of fairy floss this is a real winner for festive occasions.

Ingredients

3/4 cup green ginger wine

juice of 4 limes

750ml bottle chilled Prosecco

200g packet of Pashmak vanilla, pistachio or rose flavoured Persian fairy floss

Method

1.

Combine green ginger wine and lime juice in a jug. Chill until cold. When ready to serve, pour mixture between 8 chilled champagne flutes.

2.

Top up each, with chilled Prosecco. Garnish each glass with fairy floss.
