Fried noodle and coconut balls

Simply delightful.

Ingredients

Method

1.

In a bowl, combine 2 tablespoons each of cacao powder and warmed honey. 

2.

Stir through ⅓ cup crunchy peanut butter, 100g pack of crispy fried noodles and ½ cup shredded coconut. Mix well. 

3.

Using damp hands, roll heaped tablespoons into balls and place into an airtight container lined with baking paper. Cover and chill. Great for a snack.
