Chocolate Ganache Sauce

Turn just about anything into decadence with this easy sauce.

Serve over cakes, or as a dipping sauce with fresh strawberries, cherries or biscotti.

Place the chocolate into a pan with cream and butter. Stir over a low heat until smooth and glossy. Stir in vanilla if using. Set aside to cool slightly.
