Australia Day cake

Prepare a 540g packet vanilla cake mix as directed. Divide into 3 portions, tint one yellow, one green and leave one plain. 

Spoon batter alternately into a 24cm ring cake pan.

Bake at 160°C for 55 minutes. After cooling, drizzle cake with green, white and yellow icing, scatter with green and yellow sprinkles and silver cachous.
