A woman has been charged with drunk driving, causing a crash, and corrupting a minor after using her primary school-aged daughter to cheat a breath test,
The mum’s car was fitted with a breathalyser device that required the driver to prove they’re under the legal drinking limit in order to start the ignition.
Knowing she was well over the limit Angela Daywalt instead got her 8-year-old daughter to blow into the device, reports AP.
She would have gotten away with it, except shortly after Angela drunkenly crashed the car, and had a run in with the cops.
She was charged with corrupting a minor, leaving the scene of the crash, and driving over the limit.
