Perth cyclist Jaimie Perry lost a chunk of his ear after the angry bird swooped him, 7 News Perth reports.
Jaimie was attacked the day before, and had set up his phone to try and catch the offending magpie in the act.
Somehow, Jaimie managed to keep a hold of his handlebars during the ordeal.
