Toddler found floating in backyard pool flown to hospital in critical condition

A three-year-old boy has been flown to hospital after being found unresponsive floating in a backyard pool in northern Sydney.

It is unknown how long the boy was submerged in the above-ground backyard pool.

The boy was place in an induced coma and rushed to Westmead Children’s Hospital where NSW Police say he is in a stable condition.
