When Sam Cooke, 22, found a note from a postman explaining his parcel had been delivered through an open window, he didn’t think much of it.

But when he found a second note, he was stunned.
‘I’m really sorry, the delivery notice said. ‘I think your parcel might have fallen in the toilet accidentally.’
The hapless postal worker had managed to deliver the package through a bathroom window, only for it to land in the loo.
