When doctors in China met this little boy they were astonished. Rather than having ten fingers and toes, this 6-month old had a total of 31 digits on his hands and feet.
The boy’s parents confessed that they would have come to the doctors sooner – but were afraid that they would not be able to pay the medical bills. The Ningbo hospital decided to help the family out by covering most of the costs until their son reaches 16.
The boy will have several surgeries as he grows up to remove the extra digits as well as other effects of his condition.
