Her Majesty the Queen may be ruler of Britain, but that doesn’t stop her having a sense of humour.
Most recently the Queen had Fergie in hysterics as she shared a joke in the royal box at Ascot.
Fergie could be seen having a genuine chortle as she shared a joke with her mother-in-law and Princess Beatrice.

It’s not the first time the Queen has demonstrated her wicked sense of humour.
Her Majesty’s ability to make a quip can also be witnessed in the documentary The Coronation.
In this rare interview, Her Majesty can be seen joking about the ‘horribly uncomfortable’ golden carriage she had to ride during her journey from Westminster Abbey to Buckingham Palace.
‘It’s not meant for travelling in at all. I mean, it’s only sprung on leather. Not very comfortable,’ said the Queen.

‘We must have gone about four to five miles. It can only go at a walking pace. The horses couldn’t possibly go any faster. It’s so heavy,’ she added.
The 92-year-old also joked about the heaviness of the crown and how it was handed to her with protective gloves
‘You can’t look down to read the speech, you have to take the speech up. Because if you did your neck would break, it would fall off,’ she quipped.
‘So, there are some disadvantages to crowns, but otherwise they’re quite important things,’ she continued while adding that the gown was also difficult to manoeuvre in and could barely walk on the carpet.
Indeed, there’s even been a book dedicated to the Queen’s clever sarcasm in The Wicked Wit of Queen Elizabeth II, by Karen Dolby.

When the royal party was pelted with eggs by an anti-monarchy demonstrator In New Zealand, she managed to make light of the incident Saying: ‘I myself prefer my New Zealand eggs for breakfast.’
And while visiting the Niagara Falls The Queen joked: ‘It looks very damp’.
While one of the Queen’s most priceless comments has to be when she teased Eric Clapton by saying: ‘Have you been playing long?!’
