The Duke of Edinburgh Prince Philip has been involved in a dramatic car crash.
The crash took place outside of the Queen’s Sandringham estate, where the 97-year-old royal escaped unhurt.
A spokesperson for Buckingham Palace confirmed that Queen Elizabeth‘s husband was not injured in the incident, which occurred Thursday afternoon.
Two people in the other vehicle were also treated for minor injuries, according to Norfolk Police.
The Land Rover Freelander Prince Philip was driving reportedly rolled on its side during the incident.
A witness reported the Duke as being ‘shaken’ and was helped out of the car, the BBC said.
Both drivers were breathalysed at the scene.
Prince Philip and the Queen have been staying at their Sandringham home in Norfolk since Christmas.
