The two eldest children of the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge are no strangers to playing the important role of page boy and flower girl (and stealing the show) having preformed the duties at their uncle Harry’s wedding to Meghan Markle in April and at their Aunt Pippa Middleton’s 2018 wedding to James Matthews.

An inclusion that seems to have surprised us all though, is Theodora Williams, six, daughter of pop singer Robbie Williams and wife Ayda Field.

But it turns out the couples are old friends, with Princess Eugenie striking up a close friendship with Ayda after they meet on a holiday in the Caribbean in 2011, reports the Daily Mail.

The wedding party will include other members of the royal family including Savannah Phillips, seven who Is the daughter of Queen Elizabeth’s oldest grandson Peter Phillips and Mia Tindall, four, daughter of Zara and Mike Tindall.

Lady Louise Mountbatten-Windsor, 14 and Viscount Severn, ten, daughter of the Earl and Countess of Wessex will play the role of special attendant, possibly helping to keep the younger members of the royal family entertained and moving along.

Unsurprisingly, the Bride’s sister, Princess Beatrice was asked to be maid of honour.

The sisters are incredibly close with Eugenie telling British Vogue in a joint interview ‘we’re each other’s rocks’.

Beatrice added: ‘Euge is amazing. She’s a very modern bride.’

The wedding is taking place on Friday the October 12, at St Georges chapel, Windsor Castle. It is the same venue where Prince Harry married Meghan Markle and Prince Charles wed Camilla Parker Bowles, in 2005.

The wedding will be broadcast in Australia on Channel 7 from 7:30pm tomorrow.
