A baby boy has tragically died after his own mother tortured him to death after he accidentally pulled the tv off the dresser, police allege.
Viston Stevenson was rushed to hospital in Detroit after reportedly suffering a fractured skull, swelling on the brain, a broken collarbone and pelvis and internal bleeding.
Sadly, the toddler died in hospital just hours later.
According to heartbroken family, Viston’s mother Rhionna Nichols had unleashed on the boy after he accidentally damaged her tv.
On Monday she appeared on court, charged with murdering her son. She also faces charges of child abuse and torture.
Speaking to WXYZ News, Viston’s aunt told reporters she hoped his mother wouldn’t be let out.
A GoFundMe has been set up in the boy’s name to raise funds for his funeral costs.
