Whilst Jake continued to search for his 19-months later Harley was found roaming the streets 280km away from home.

Scavenging food in a rural town of Leonora, WA it would have taken more than three hours to drive the distance between where Harley was last spotted and where he was found.

A volunteer picked up the after receiving reports of the dog and brought him to Kalgoorlie.

With an injured foot, Harley needed medical attention.
