Perfect to use in wraps, burgers or served with salad.
1kg extra lean chicken mince
1 large red onion, diced
4 cloves garlic, crushed
1/4 cup dried Greek seasoning
1/3 cup chopped fresh mint
finely grated zest of 1 large lemon
1/2 cup dried breadcrumbs
Preheat oven to 220C (200C fan forced). Line 2 baking trays with baking paper. Place all ingredients into a bowl and season with pepper. Using your hands, mix well to combine.
Using wet hands, divide mix into 12 portions. Shape each portion into a pattie. Place onto prepared trays and bake for 12-15 min or until cooked. Serve now in rolls with relish and salad if desired, or cool and freeze for later use.
