Want to take it easy! These meals using products from the freezer and deli section of the supermarket will help you to relax a little over the weekend.

One pizza never enough? Make a Nachos Pizza, bake a fresh or frozen barbecue meat-lovers pizza and top with corn chips, avocado dip, sour cream and diced tomatoes and sliced spring/green onions.

Kids love fish fingers so create a Fish Finger Bake, cook fish fingers as desired and top with tomato sauce, chopped bacon and cheese. Bake until cheese is melted and serve with salad. You can even pop them onto a burger bun.

Make Dumpling Soup, bring 1L of beef stock to the boil and add some frozen Asian Style Dumplings and a packet of shredded coleslaw mix, simmer for 8-10 min. Serve with soy and chopped chilli.

For Healthy Fish and Chips, top frozen fish fillets with a sauce made from yogurt and a spoonful of pesto. Bake for 15-20 min, turning once during cooking. Serve with oven fries and salad on the side.

Move over chicken parmi, try Chicken Australiana, top ready made and cooked chicken snitzels with BBQ sauce, bacon, pineapple and cheese. Grill for 4-5 min. Serve with salad or vegies.
