Just one day after her mother Vivian, 60, father Lars, 69, and sister Annabelle, 21, were laid to rest following a tragic Boxing Day car crash, Jessica Falkholt’s life support has been switched off, according to multiple published newspaper reports this morning.

The driver of the other car involved in the horrific accident, Craig Whitall, 50, also passed away. The Daily Telegraph reports that Whitall had many previous driving infractions, including a nine-year ban and had at least 10 convictions for driving without a licence. Whitall was also reportedly a known drug user, the publication reports.

Despite reports that the 29-year-old Home And Away actress had passed away, a St George Hospital spokesperson has said that Jessica remains in a ‘critical condition.’

Following Wednesday’s funeral service, Vivian Falkholt’s younger brother Pail Ponticello said: ‘It’s a day that will be difficult to erase from our memory.

‘I always thought we would grow old together.’

Our thoughts are with the Falkholt’s family and friends at this difficult time.
