The Daily Mail reported he is facing 31 sex charges after police allege he molested eight girls in his role as a swimming instructor at a Mosman Swim Centre.

Last week, detectives from the Child Abuse and Sex Crimes squad arrested the former Knox Grammar School pupil at his parents’ home on Sydney’s northern beaches.

At his bail hearing today (Wednesday, March 20) at Manly Local Court, police allege Daniels sexually abused a further six girls – aged between six and 10 years old – on separate occasions at the Mosman pool between June 2018 and March 2019.

Last week, police alleged Daniels sexually touched a girl on February 2 between 2pm and 4pm.

Then on February 14, Daniels allegedly had sexual intercourse with another girl between 4.30pm and 7.30pm.

It’s believed Kyle Daniels will apply for bail today. His parents and twin brother were at the court to support him.
