When this expectant mother visited the zoo with her husband she didn’t expect to have this intense an experience.
Looking into an enclosure holding a large orangutan they soon noticed he was paying particular attention to the mum-to-be.
Standing closer to the glass, mum raised her shirt to show her large belly to the orangutan who just gently watched her.

Incredibly, the orangutan appeared to understand that this woman was expecting a baby, and with extraordinary tenderness caressed the glass, and even leant in to plant a kiss on her belly.
