A woman’s engagement photo has gone viral online for a very relatable reason.
One Melbourne woman used a genius method to hide the fact her nails weren’t freshly done after her boyfriend proposed.
Twitter user @Goodgaljenjen shared a beautiful photograph of her cousin Diana’s sparkling ring – but not everything is as it seems.
When the woman’s boyfriend got down on one knee, the bride-to-be realised her nails were not groomed to perfection.
Instead of rushing out to get a manicure, the happy couple decided to improvise, using another woman’s hand.
‘My cousin’s boyfriend proposed to her but she didn’t have her nails done,’ Jenna said, sharing a photo of herself awkwardly crouching below the engaged couple.
According to Jenna, her cousin Diana works as a nurse and never has her nails properly manicured.
‘José planned this surprise proposal & couldn’t really get her to do her nails without raising suspicion,’ she said.
