Marshmallow Chocolate Waffles

Topped with ice-cream this simple dessert is scrumptious day or night!

Bake and toast the waffles from frozen otherwise they will lose their shape once toasted.

Method

Preheat oven to 220C (200C fan forced). Arrange waffles onto a baking tray. Top four of the waffles with 4 marshmallows. Bake for 4-5 min or until lightly golden.

2.

Remove waffles from oven and place a small chocolate bar on top the marshmallow topped waffles. Sandwich together with remaining waffles. Top each with a scoop of ice cream. Garnish with crushed Flake bar or grated chocolate.
