Target have issued an urgent recall over its widely sold $10 baby onesie.

The popular brand announced a recall of its two-way zip coverall over fears the zipper may break due to a quality issue and cause choking.

Anyone with one of the onesies detailed in the recall should stop using it immediately and return it to the store for a refund.
