A mum from Brisbane has shown how you can get back in shape simply by walking and cutting out junk food.
Majella Goring made a New Year’s resolution to get fitter and lose weight and has lost 16 kilos in 10 months.
The mum of two posted pictures of her transformation but says the power walks with her girls in the pram have done the trick – and she still eats block of chocolate every week!
Majella said she went on 40 minute “power walks” and cut out takeaway food and alcohol.
