A man intent on proposing to his nurse girlfriend came up with an admitted unique, if thoroughly revolting, way to do it.
The man convinced a local surgeon to cut him open and put an engagement ring inside the wound before covering it with a dressing.
He then had his nurse girlfriend to help him change the dressing, where she discovered a foreign object and removed it with tweezers.
His friend caught the moment on camera when she looks confused, but when he wipes the ring off and pops the question she bursts into tears.
The Mirror report that the groom-to-be wanted the proposal to be unforgettable – well we’ll have a sure hard time unseeing that!
