Robin Moolenaar, 45, was 12-weeks pregnant when she was hit by a rubbish truck in the car park of an Adelaide Hungry Jacks restaurant and killed on Wednesday night.
Her grieving partner of 8 years, David Sunderland, says he is completely shocked and that he was meant to go to the shops that night instead of Robin.
The couple had only weeks earlier been celebrating the news of Robin’s pregnancy, now the family mourns.
‘She always made me laugh,’ he said.
Family and friends have laid flowers in at the Hungry Jacks in tribute to the mother-of-four.
Family friend Josephine Suche described her as ‘just a lovely person … a good mum’
