A drunken heckler got more than he bargained for when he interrupted a Police conference in New South Wales south earlier today.

Detective Inspector Winston Woodward was addressing several reporters outside the station when a man carrying a bottle wandered into the shot and yelled ‘bullsh*t’ at the cameras.

Excusing himself, Det Insp Woodward walked over, grabbed the man by his shirt an marched him into the police station.

9 News report the man was issued a criminal infringement notice for offensive language and given an on-the-spot fine of $500.
