In the wake of Craig McLachlan’s shocking sexual assault accusation, a passage the 52-year-old actor penned for a biography about Molly Meldrum has resurfaced.

The passage, written by McLachlan, has found new significance after five members of the Rocky Horror Show have come forward claiming the silver and gold Logie winner behaved inappropriately both on and off stage during his 2014 stint as Frank-N-Furter.

In Meldrum’s 2016 book Ah Well, Nobody’s Perfect, McLachlan recounts a time he decided to play a prank on Meldrum during an 11pm late show of Rocky Horror.

He wrote, ‘At one stage during the show, I would fall behind the set, where I was hidden from the audience.

‘I couldn’t help myself this night. As Molly was reading his piece, I glided my seven-inch stiletto heel on to the back of his trouser leg.

‘By the time I got to his knee, the audience could see my shoe.’

McLachlan reveals he ‘continued up’ Meldrum’s leg.

The passage continues, ‘Molly looked down, ready to give me a good serve, but I had manipulated my dick out of my G-string and was wildly swinging my member.

‘My stiletto is a good four-inches up his arse and I’m whipping my member around.

According to the passage Meldrum then lost his temper, but McLachlan tells that he was totally in character as Frank-N-Furter and suggested that Meldrum should have stayed in character too.

‘The scene was brought to an abrupt and immature end, but the audience was going off,’ McLachlan finishes.
