Police have cordoned off part of a shopping centre after the discovery of a body in one of the stairwells.
They were called to Westfield Bondi Junction before 8.30am this morning after the man – believed to be 71-year-old Bernard Gore who was reported missing three weeks ago – was found in a stairwell on the fourth floor.
Authorities have said they will investigate the man’s death and prepare a report for the Coroner, but the circumstances are not believed to be suspicious.
The shopping centre has resumed trading as normal.
