A nine-year-old girl who was caught at school watching pornography on a school iPad has told a court it was because she wanted to know what her uncle was doing to her.
Her uncle, Anthony Garay, was arrested shortly after, accused with sexual abuse of a child.
The child told her teacher that her uncle came to her nearly every night, and wouldn’t let her sleep.
After the teacher alerted authorities it was revealed that the girl’s sister had also been a victim of alleged abuse at the hands of the uncle for roughly a year.
Garay had also been previously investigated for two similar offenses, report My San Antonio.
He is being held in jail on a $75 000 bond.
