A man born with no arms stabbed his dad by holding scissors between his toes, a Welsh court has heard.
Rory O'Connor, 23, knifed his father at their home in Cardiff, Wales, last year after the pair had a row.
The altercation began after Kevin O'Connor 'prodded' his son Rory in the chest with a vacuum cleaner tube.
Rory retaliated by striking his father in the stomach with his foot.
Although he was born without arms, the young man is able to wash himself and perform other activities competently with his feet.
Speaking to court, Kevin said the incident would not stop him from 'supporting' his son, Manchester Evening News reports.
He said his 'greatest concern' will always be Rory's safety and well-being.
Rory was sentenced to a 12-month community order with 100 hours of unpaid work and a rehabilitation course.
