Melbourne man Borce Ristevski has pleaded guilty to the manslaughter of his wife of 27 years, Karen.
His admission comes only one day before he was due to face court in a murder trial at the Victorian Supreme Court.
Prosecutors allege Ristevski murdered his 47-year-old wife Karen in June of 2016 at their Avondale Heights home.
It was then alleged Ristevski drove Karen's body in a black Mercedes-Benz to Mount Macedon Regional Park.
Karen's remains were found in bushland eight months later and her cause of death is undetermined.
Ristevski had previously pleaded not guilty to his wife's murder.
More to come.
