Ingredients
- 500g chicken mince
- ¼ cup sesame seeds,
- 3 finely chopped spring/green onions
- 1 tbs lemongrass paste
- ½ cup dried breadcrumbs
To serve
- four soft burger buns
- shredded lettuce
- mayonnaise
- sweet chili sauce
Method

Combine all the patty ingredients into a bowl and mix well. Form into four patties.

Cook patties in a non-stick frying pan, sprayed with a little oil, over medium-high heat for 4-5 mins each side, or until cooked through.

Serve patties on the burger buns with shredded lettuce and sauces.
