Incredible boss hands out over $14 million to 198 staff at Christmas party

A super generous boss threw a huge party for his staff where he revealed he was giving away $10 million USD (over $14 million AUD).
Edward St John made the announcement to his 198 staff who work for his real estate developer company in Baltimore, Maryland.
Those who had worked longer at St John Properties received larger bonuses, but the average handed out was $50,000 USD ($72,750 AUD).
His employees screamed and hugged each other as they were given red envelopes, which revealed the amount they’d receive.
And the special bonus was on top of the annual payout staff receive at the end of the year.

Edward revealed he was handing out the cash as the company had hit their target of developing 20 million square feet of office, retail and warehouse space across the US>
The Metro reported how Edward announced, ‘To celebrate the achievement of our goal, we wanted to reward our employees in a big way that would make a significant impact on their lives.
