Craig Anthony Whitall, 50, who died in the Boxing Day crash along with Lars Falkholt, his wife Vivian, and their daughter Annabelle, had been jailed for driving while disqualified and was driving on P-plates, according to the Daily Telegraph.
The Sydney Morning Herald has also reported that Whitall was driving home from a methadone clinic when the accident occurred on the Princes Highway.
