Ingredients
395g can sweetened condensed milk
½ cup brown sugar
60g butter
6 ready-made small size meringue nests
1 cup thickened cream, whipped
2 bananas, sliced
1 cup store-bought chocolate sauce

In a medium saucepan or deep sided non-stick frying pan, combine sweetened condensed milk, with brown sugar and butter. Stir over low heat until combined. Increase heat and cook for 6-8 min, stirring until thick and golden in colour. Allow to cool.

Place ready-made meringue nests onto a serving plate and spoon a little caramel into each nest. Top each with a little whipped cream, sliced bananas, and chocolate sauce. Drizzle over the remaining caramel. Serve immediately.
