Oksana Berchenko was severely injured when Ukrainian heiress Alyona Zaitseva, the 20-year-old daughter of multi-millionaire Vasily Zaitsev, ploughed into pedestrians after running a red light at more than 100km/h in her Lexus.
Oksana was in a coma for six days and is still recovering in intensive care.
Now, four weeks after the tragic accident, Oksana has been informed that her husband Alexander Evteev, 27, and 22-year-old sister Diana were among six killed.
Footage of the accident, which occurred on October 18, shows Zaitseva ramming into a group of helpless pedestrians.
Zaitseva's parents allegedly offered money as 'compensation' to victims and relatives of the deceased.
Zaitseva has been refused bail and faces a jail sentence of up to 10 years.
In a tearful statement read during her bail sentencing, Zaitseva said: 'I am sorry that this situation happened and people suffered.
'It is only this that truly concerns me now. I am hoping that the families will allow my parents to help them.'
