A teenage boy has decapitated one of his friends in a horrific act of revenge, after the older boy allegedly sexually assaulted his girlfriend.
Sixteen-year-old Nikita Rasskazov killed Artyom Shustov before taking his severed head in a bag to girlfriend Olena Matsneva, as a token of his love for her to avenge the alleged sex attack.
Nikita, said to be known to be ‘very calm’ admits he committed the murder and beheading in a Russian park – and is now facing a decade behind bars. The crime, what has shaken Russia, has left many stunned with its extreme brutality.
Police report that Olena said the dead boy molested her, groping her against her will at a party after she declined his sexual advances.
After Nikita met his friend in the park to discuss the alleged attack, the pair argued, with the violence escalating to a bloody murder. He stashed the head as a trophy, hiding it overnight in his bedroom wardrobe, before presenting it to his girlfriend. She was naturally distraught.
'My daughter literally blossomed when she began to date with Nikita,' the girl’s mum told a Russian newspaper. 'She was very worried if they quarrelled.
'He often visited our house, and was a very calm and quiet guy. I even wondered why my daughter chose Nikita rather than another lad. She said that Nikita was the best.'
