- 1.5kg American-style pork ribs, cut into portions
- ½ cup soy sauce
- ¼ cup brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon each sweet chilli sauce, white wine vinegar and freshly grated ginger
- 3 garlic cloves, crushed
Place ribs into a 4.5L (medium size) slow cooker insert. Place the remaining ingredients into a jug or bowl, stir well and pour over.
Cover and cook on high for 3 hr, or low for 6 hr.
Heat a chargrill pan over medium-high heat. Grill ribs for 3-4 min each side or until lightly charred. Serve ribs with cooked rice, juice from the slow cooker and snow peas or beans. Garnish with herbs and toasted sesame seeds if desired.
