Method
1.
Divide icing into two portions, tint one portion green with a few drops of colouring and leave remaining portion white. Stick 2 milk coffee biscuits together with white icing to form one wall. Repeat with remaining 10 biscuits to form 5 more walls.
2.
Place 4 of the walls in a box shape and cement each side together with white icing. Use remaining 2 sections to make the roof. Use trimmed wafers to create the door and windows.
3.
Use white icing to attach ice cream cones to a board and cover with green tinted icing to form trees. Decorate with lollies and figurines of your choice. Dust with icing sugar if desired.
