Ingredients
500g frosted chocolate brownie mix, in packet
2 eggs
125g melted butter
2 tablespoons hundreds & thousands
12 scoops cookies & cream ice-cream
Method

Preheat oven to 180C (160C fan forced). Spray 12 holes of a standard size muffin pan (1/3 cup capacity) with cooking spray.

Prepare brownie mix as directed. Spoon brownie mix between evenly between muffin holes. Bake for 20 min.

Using a small rounded sieve or glass, press down firmly on each brownie to make a deep indentation like a bowl. Let brownies cool completely.

Spread icing that came in packet around rims of the bowls and dip in 100 & 100’s.

Place a scoop of ice cream into each edible brownie bowl. Drizzle with chocolate sauce and top with and sprinkles.
