The Bachelorette’s Cam Cranley has revealed that he is the victim of a coward punch and will now undergo facial surgery.

Cranley, who was a favourite face in Georgia Love’s season of The Bachelorette, was ‘king hit’ by a stranger without warning last Friday.

The violent incident caused the fireman to suffer a fractured temple, eye socket and cheek and will now undergo facial surgery, he revealed on Instagram.

Cranley also shared an up close photo of his bruised and bloodied eye, commenting “This half needs a bit of work”.
