Teen ate potato chips covered in dead ants after she mistook them for pepper

When this teen munched down on a handful of chips she was horrified to discover that what she thought was seasoning was in fact dead ants.

When Emily Wagoner brought the stomach-churning discovery to the shop she bought her lunch from she was doubly frustrated when they refused to apologise or refund her meal. They did offer her a free bag of chips though!

When her Twitter post went viral Emily was offered a $50 gift certificate, but turned it down vowing the never eat at that restaurant ever again.
