A woman was punched in the face during a road rage incident caught on camera at a set of traffic lights on New South Wales’ Central Coast.
Sharing the shocking footage to Facebook, dash cam owner Dwayne Pillidge says the incident took place at Doyalson, Lake Macquarie.
The video shows a woman get out of the passenger seat of a ute stopped at the traffic lights and cross her arms, confrontationally, while a large man in a yellow shirt marches up to her.

When he gets there he punches her clean in the jaw, causing her head to fly back. She grabs her face and gets back into the car as the guy walks away.
Pillidge explains that she was being a nuisance in the lead up to incident:
‘This is after the woman in the front car was tossing things from her window at his car,’ he writes. But says she didn’t deserve a punch in the face.
‘I don’t care what your reason, it is not ok to hit a woman.’
Users in the comments shared a shocking exchange allegedly between the woman in the footage and a friend where she admits to antagonising the guy, and moreover, seems to have no regrets.
