It is estimated at 16 dogs – four of which are pregnant – have been rescued from a house in Melbourne where they suffered serious neglect.

A further 15 dogs are expected to be rescued today.
‘It wasn’t a very nice ordeal that they’ve come from,’ Marisa Debattista from Second Chance Animal Rescue told 7 News.
