The ex-girlfriend of NRL player Bryce Cartwright has been found dead in her Western Sydney home, just months after she posted a video online threatening to kill him.
Brittany Hura, 25, was in a volatile long-term relationship with the Penrith Panthers star before the couple’s bitter split in 2016.
Speaking to the Daily Mail, NSW Police confirmed that Hura’s body was discovered at her property at Constitution Hill at around 6.30pm on Monday evening.
Her death is not being treated as suspicious.
The news comes after Hura took to Facebook last year to post a nude photo of Cartwright, along with screen shots of illicit text messages they had exchanged.
An expletive-laden video was also shared, in which Hura could be heard saying that her former partner of six years would be “dead soon.”
“Six feet under, bro. Six feet under,” she said to the camera. “You don’t even know what’s coming for you.”
“Don’t even take this as a threat, bro. It’s not like I’d be doing it.”
