It’s a hard life when you wear glasses but also want to put on makeup.
It takes an awful lot of faith in your abilities to properly colour, contour, and blend your face when you lay your specs down on the table.
Putting on false eyelashes? Forget about it!
But that didn’t stop this mum from trying – and by the sound of it she doesn’t do to badly… except today.
Molly Robbins has shared a horrifying picture to Twitter of what happened when her mum tried to throw on some falsies.
‘Text from mum,’ the caption reads.
‘Having trouble sticking eyelash on without her glasses.’
Wondering why? Well mum had muddled up her lashes with a dead fly!
‘Turns out she was trying to glue a dead fly to her eyelid,’ Molly writes.
‘I’m out.’
If you wear specs, take them off and maybe squint a bit – they do look pretty similar!
The Mirror suggested if she wanted a fly on her eye maybe she should get a stronger glue.
We suggest maybe she wipe down her vanity every now and then so she doesn’t have to deal with bug carcasses!
