The husband of murdered mother Karen Ristevski has put their family home up for rent.
The five-bedroom Avondale Heights home, which is the last place the mother-of-one was seen alive last June, has been put on a rental website by her husband, Borce Ristevski.
The Herald Sun reports Ristevski is leasing the home in order to free up ‘extra cash.’
Detectives said earlier this year Mr Ristevski is a suspect in his wife’s death. He has always vehemently denied any involvement.
The couple’s daughter, Sarah, has reportedly been spending time in Asia and also living with friends since her mother’s body was discovered in bushland at Mount Macedon Regional Park in February.
It was revealed earlier this week the 22-year-old stopped co-operating with police because she felt pressure from detectives to turn on her father.
