Home And Away star Jessica Falkholt’s ‘big break’ thriller film Harmony has announced it’s release date, just months after the tragic car crash that claimed her entire family.

The 29-year-old actress passed away in hospital just weeks after her parents Lars and Vivian, and sister Annabelle, passed away after their car collided with another vehicle driven by 50-year-old Craig Whitall, who also died at the scene.

Now, Jessica’s acting legacy will live on as she stars in the sci-fi thriller, being released on October 4,

Jessica was cast as the lead in the film, directed by Corey Pearson.

The latest trailer released shows some of Jessica’s scenes, which her family have said will be her ‘enduring legacy’.

Her character, 21-year-old Harmony, was born with the power to absorb the fear of others.

The breakthrough role was her final before her sad death, as she never got the chance to take up Channel Nine’s reported offer to star in drama Bite Club in 2018.

Cowlick Entertainment and Bonsai films have since declared the set up of the Falkholt Foundation in honour of Jessica, and her family.

An official statement read, ‘All involved with this film have been utterly devastated by the passing of its lead actress Jessica Falkholt, who plays Harmony, in the Boxing Day crash last year.

‘Her large extended family are immensely supportive of this film and see it as her enduring legacy, so wish it to have as wide a release as possible around Australia and the world.’

They have written a dedication at the end of the film and we are working with them to set up a Falkholt Foundation.’
